When you use ApoTie, the spread of bacteria is effectively stopped as the same tourniquet is no longer used on different patients.
Remove the cover foil (marked in red) from the adhesive surface.
Put your left hand behind the patient's arm.
... bring around under your right hand.
Tighten with both hands and place the top part of ApoTie over the adhesive surface.
Apotie is now applied correctly.
Remove ApoTie in one movement.
